MC opened the meeting.

MC read the request that the applicant, Carrie Barrett, sent to the board to request a withdrawal of her application.
AP motion to grant.
JS second.
All in favor to allow the applicant to withdraw her application.
Continuation - 53/55 Highridge Road – Timothy Jones
Appeal of the Building Inspector Decision
Sitting In: PD, AP, JS, MC and SF
MC opened the meeting. The applicant, Mr. Jones was in attendance. He explained that he would like to ask for a continuance as he needs to amend his application and due to the fact he is no longer the owner of the properties he cannot do that. He will be submitting a new application to seek a permit for section 4320. He explained a cluster zone must be 10 or more houses. His current plan is for 5 houses and he would like to stay with this existing plan. There are no changes from the plan that was submitted at the previous meeting. He stated he would be meeting with the Planning Board on March 22nd. He is also keeping the Town Attorney informed of what is happening. He stated he would be going to the Town Hall on Monday to get the paperwork to start the process for the
cluster zoning. He would like to seek a continuance while this process is going on.
AP motion to continue the hearing to June 7, 2012 at 7:00 PM.
